Malai Chum Chum (10 oz)
A traditional Bengali milk sweet made with direct farm fresh, hormone free milk. The milk is from pure grass fed cows with no added growth hormones so common in current dairy farming. No preservatives, no additives, no synthetics, no fillers, no emulsifiers, no flour. Boiling Milk is split with lemon juice and the paneer is made into oval shapes and boiled at high heat in sugar syrup. Chum chum is more dense than rasagulla and not spongy soft because it is boiled for longer. Captivatingly thick creamy malai is spread on top and garnished with a raisin.
